Richie brings 37 years of medical industry experience to IntegraSurg, with 27 of those years dedicated exclusively to operating room environments. His hands-on expertise spans the full spectrum of OR technology, from sterilizers and video systems to OR tables, surgical lights, integration systems, medical gas, anesthesia machines, and infrastructure systems.
Having worked directly with equipment from leading manufacturers across the industry, Richie understands not just what technology does, but how it integrates into real-world surgical workflows. His deep vendor relationships and technical knowledge ensure clients get optimal equipment configurations, competitive pricing, and the longest warranties available.

Lisa is one of the few Latina women who own a consulting company in the medical industry. With a background as an X-ray Technologist and Mammographer, Lisa has worked in X-ray departments, operating rooms, emergency rooms, clinical settings, and imaging centers with equipment from GE, DuPont, and other major manufacturers.
Her diverse clinical experience provides IntegraSurg with a unique perspective on how technology impacts operational workflows across the entire healthcare facility. Lisa understands the challenges that surgical centers face, from staffing constraints to budget limitations, and ensures IntegraSurg's solutions address real operational needs, not just technical specifications.
